CEO and Executive Peer Advisory Groups

It’s lonely at the top and ministry leaders understand intuitively they need a solution to the sense of isolation and their shared felt need for authentic community and accountability. Our Peer Advisory Groups work on the principle that we are better together than we are alone. CEO Peer Groups for top-level ministry leaders, Executive Peer Groups for second tier ministry leaders, and Executive Pastor/Church Administrator Peer Groups for church leaders are learning communities and experiences provided by Strengthening Leaders L3C.

Currently Peer Groups are in Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX and coming soon to Kansas City, MO, Houston, TX, and other cities across the USA. These unique forums are designed to connect Christian ministry leaders who share a passion for Christ and His purposes, similar positions and responsibilities, and a desire to lead and steward their ministries like David who “shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them with his skillful hands” (Psalm 78:72).
